12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and domain registrations at our sole discretion if:

You violate these Terms or applicable laws
You fail to pay fees when due
We receive a court order or ICANN directive

Upon termination, you will have thirty (30) days to transfer your domain to another registrar, subject to ICANN transfer policies.

13. Modifications to Terms

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Orange County, California.
